Color Your Day- Altenew Class

July 12, 2019

I absolutely loved Altenew’s Color Your Day class . The instructor was Therese Calivrd. I really got inspired to play with colors.

There was a good color review on complementary, triadic and analogous colors. Having a color wheel is so helpful it has marks for all of those on the back side.

I started with Altenew’s Wild Hibiscus stamp set. To accomplish this I used my Misti tool. It took me some time to make the masks for all the images. While I was at it I made several cards to Paint.

I used my water color pan set. I had a wonderful time playing with all the colors. When I got done I had several cards. To complete my cards I added a greeting and a little splatter. The greetings were from the floral arrangement stamp set. I will add the links to products I used below.

The orange card is my favorite. I really had a hard time picking. I love how colorful all the cards turned out. I hope you enjoyed my cards! Till next time happy stamping!
